It is a clump of grass found within the stomach of cattle or sheep.
【Characteristics】
It is spherical, slightly oval, or irregularly oblate, with a diameter of about 4-6cm. The surface is smooth, dark brown, yellowish-green, or earthy gray. It is light and firm in texture, with fibrous, fluffy grass knots inside.
【Identification】
The best quality is that which is yellowish-green in color and firm in texture.
