The fruit is a spherical cremocarp formed by two mericarps fused together, 2~4㎜ in diameter. The surface is rough and brown. The extremely short stigma residue can be seen at the apex, often splitting into two. There are 5 residual calyxes around it. The surface is rough, with 10 inconspicuous wavy ridges and 12 obvious straight longitudinal ridges arranged alternately. The base is blunt and round, and small fruit stalks or fruit stalk marks can sometimes be seen. The fruit is slightly hard, has a fragrant odor, and emits a special and strong aroma when crushed by hand, with a slightly spicy taste.
