【Botanical Origin】
This product is the dried leaf of Ginkgo biloba L. of the Ginkgoaceae family.
【Characteristics】
Mostly wrinkled or broken. Intact leaves are fan-shaped, 3-12cm long and 5-15cm wide. Yellow-green or light brownish-yellow. The upper edge is irregularly wavy, some with a central indentation, the deepest reaching 4/5 of the leaf length. With dichotomous parallel veins, fine and dense, smooth and hairless, easily torn longitudinally. The leaf base is wedge-shaped, and the petiole is 2-8cm long. Light in weight. Slightly aromatic, slightly bitter in taste.
