Carbuncles and boils on the back, various sores and swellings, bruises and sprains, damp phlegm causing toxicity, swelling of the head, sores from contact with lacquer or fire, red and swollen skin due to wind-heat, skin sores, pus-filled sores, breast abscesses, ulcers, unknown swellings, dry and wet beriberi, breast abscesses in women, scarlet rash in children. For all kinds of stubborn and severe external swellings and sores, this formula is effective when applied readily, truly a convenient and excellent formula for sores.

Acute cellulitis, carbuncles, boils, acute suppurative lymphadenitis, perianal abscesses, acute suppurative osteomyelitis, erysipelas, lymphadenitis, epidemic parotitis, suppurative parotitis, superficial thrombophlebitis, erythema nodosum.
